Welcome the first Iranian restaurant in China.   You are clearly a person of impeccable taste; thank-you for putting us to the test!  We are an international team who treasures the traditions of Persia; full flavour, rich texture, subtle and superb spices, the full spectrum of flavours caressed from the vine.   We have sought the sacred strands of human warmth, harmony and affection to serve you; as you sit with us at our table we connect you with the great minds who have adored Shiraz for millennia – poets, philosopher kings, builders, lovers and businessmen (sometimes all are the same!).    Shiraz’ famous son Saadi wrote:

"The sons of Adam are limbs of one another

The other limbs cannot remain at rest".

This supernal sentiment was selected by mankind to display over the gateway to the United Nation Head Quarter in New York.

Cyrus the Great (580-529) BC is the first Achaemenian king of ancient Persia who issued the first charter of human rights – he commanded his people to go out, get the great ideas to return to improve the realm.  As you enter Shiraz you pass our replica of Cyrus’ ‘Gate of All Nations’ with what we hope will be the same sense of discovery and devotion...love, learning and service of this patron.
